Here we go! I figured out how to run the GIMP tga stuff and run it in-game. Evil Genius is surprisingly easy in graphics-tweaking.
Well, here are two of the ones I have done so far... (the text description for the guard says "Minion with a nametag and a rifle.") I also have a Black Robed Shen Yu, Camo Red Ivan, and Marksman with Goatee.
Any requests?
EDIT: Here is the complete list of Skins and their download locations! Be warned, downloading all of them may result in some characters turning white due to duplicates, choose the skin you want from the list. Also, remeber to delete the DynamicResourcesBIN after downloading these! Unzip into DynamicResources!
Preliminary Round

Here you go, modified minion and henchman text descriptions (With a few humorous surprises!). Unzip directly into the Dynamic Resources Folder. Enjoy!
I will have more Graphics up soon as I figure out how to isolate the clothes of the minions from their faces- I'm having severe problems changing yellow and orange sliders on the military minions without totally screwing up their skin.

I would like to see all military minions modded to different coloured martial artists and a different sikn for Jubei, would be a nice army of samuri's

So far I am having problems with the sliders in GIMP- I can't change military minions well without messing up the skin. Does anyone know how to do it properly in GIMP?

I'm not an experienced graphics guy. Might want to check out the recently posted tutorial by VillanousVillain. The same rules apply for GIMP and Photoshop. Out of curiosity, did you first hear of the GIMP from me?

Technician belt is completely out of order for this topic. I don't do modeling, only skinning.  However, I think is it an accesory file, ask Dameon.
